Udine Dental Club organized a training event on the topic: Clinical bite registrations. The “revolution” in the transfer system.
A new and “revolutionary” transfer method for registering the position of dental arches was presented.
The tool, illustrated by Mr Giorgio Borin, allows a more consistent and correct transfer of the position of dental arches into the articulator.
“The articulator is a symmetric and orthogonal tool, that is to say, it is built on the X, Y and Z axes. To be consistent with the tool – and not with an abstract spatial orientation of the skull, of which, moreover, we have no reference – the models inside the articulator should be oriented according to the X, Y and X axes”, said Mr Borin.
